First diagnosis, then scope

Technical test before any repair

Machine type, serial number, year of construction, error pattern and visible wear are recorded first. We then examine affected assemblies and clarify which repair is technically possible and economically feasible.

Spare parts availability, price and completion date can only be assessed after diagnosis.

Technical testing of propulsion, guidance, protective and extraction devices and mechanical assemblies.

Testing of engine, grinding unit, pick-up, running behaviour and other accessible assemblies according to fault pattern.

This is how the repair request runs

  1. Identify the machine: Model, serial number and year of construction, if known.
  2. Describe errors: Specify failure, noise, behaviour and work already carried out as accurately as possible.
  3. Send documents: Provide photos, short video and nameplate recording.
  4. Vote test date: Deliver the machine by appointment.
  5. Release scope: Repair and spare parts only after diagnosis.
Is there a flat-rate repair price?

No. Effort and part requirements depend on the actual result. A serious calculation is only possible after technical examination.

Will all old ROLL machines be repaired?

This will be examined on a case-by-case basis. Spare parts availability, condition and economics can limit a repair.

Can a rental machine be available during the repair?

We check the availability of a suitable rental machine separately. An automatic replacement position is not associated therewith.
