4. Contact by form, email or telephone

When contacting us, we process the transmitted information, in particular name, contact data, content of the request and voluntarily sent project photos in order to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as far as a contract or pre-contractual measures are concerned, otherwise art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the case of consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Request data will be deleted if their purpose has ceased and there are no storage obligations or legitimate reasons. Contractual and billing-relevant documents are kept in accordance with the statutory deadlines.

5. Cookies and local storage

Currently, this website does not use any analysis or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies or local storage mechanisms serve exclusively desired functions, security or the storage of a setting. Technically necessary accesses are made according to § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG; not necessary technologies would only after prior consent in accordance with § 25 para. 1 TDDDG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

6. Consent management

The selection in the data protection notice is made exclusively in the local memory of your browser under beick_privacy_consent_v1 stored and not transferred to BEICK or third parties. You can change this selection via the privacy settings or delete the entry in the browser.

7. Local fonts and libraries

Fonts and technical frontend libraries are provided locally by their own web server. For this purpose, no connection to Google Fonts or comparable external font providers is established.

8. Internal search and social networks

In the internal search, the search term is processed exclusively for the display of suitable content. Simple links to social networks do not transmit data when you simply visit our website. Only when accessing such a link do you leave this website; thereafter, the data protection provisions of the respective provider apply.

9. Recipients and third-country transfers

Data will only be provided to bodies that need it for the stated purposes. This can include hosting and IT service providers, communication service providers, tax consulting as well as authorities with a legal obligation. Transfers from third countries shall take place only under the conditions of the type. 44 ff. GDPR.

10. Storage time

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The website is transmitted encrypted via TLS. This declaration is adjusted if the legal situation, website functions or services used change.
