Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

inform by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or e-mail, of your decision to revoke this Agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form below; However, this is not mandatory.

In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs charged, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which your revocation declaration was received by us. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used in the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. They will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the services provided by the contract.

Early start of a service

If parquet work, preparation or a machine transfer is to start before the cancellation period expires, a separate declaration is required before the start. Appropriate explanatory text:

I expressly request that BEICK Parkett begins with the commissioned service before the expiry of the cancellation period. I am aware that if BEICK fully fulfils the contract, I will lose my right of withdrawal. If I revoke beforehand, I owe value compensation for the services provided until the revocation, as far as the legal requirements are met.
