Parquet types at a glance
Which wooden floor fits you?
The following original examples show different structures and effects. We advise you on which solution technically and creatively fits your project.
Mosaic parquet
Mosaic parquet consists of small, usually 8 to 10 millimeter thick wood lamellas. Various laying patterns and wood types allow for individual design.
After the full-surface adhesive bonding, the surface is ground and subsequently oiled or sealed. The low body height can be advantageous for renovations and underfloor heating. The prerequisite is a professionally prepared substrate.
Upright lamella parquet
Massive parquet floor
Bar parquet consists of individual solid wooden bars. Depending on the product and the substrate, it can be nailed or glued over the entire surface.
Different types of wood and laying patterns create a durable, multiply renovable floor. For a permanently good result, a suitable substrate and professional processing are crucial.
Country house planks
Country house planks are large-sized wooden elements with a calm, generous effect. They are available in a multilayer or solid form.
Depending on the product and structural situation, country house planks can be laid floating or glued over the entire area. We check substrate, body height and usage before recommending a laying method.
Prefabricated floor parquet
Ship floor parquet consists of parallel, offset wooden slats. The lively installation design fits both classic and modern spaces.
Wood type, sorting and surface treatment determine the later effect. Prefabricated parquet is already built at the factory and, depending on the product, suitable for a floating or fully glued installation.
