What is the RO-300 used for?

Depending on the installed tool, the machine can process adhesive films, filling compounds, coating residues and unevennesses on suitable mineral substrates. It is also suitable for levelling or roughening before further floor construction.

The choice of tools is crucial: diamond and PCD tools react differently to hard, brittle or lubricating residues.

Characteristics and preparation

230 V connector

Soft start and low power consumption support the use on conventional construction site connections. The protection must nevertheless be checked beforehand.

Dust extraction

The integrated connection option must be combined with a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner. Dust-poor working does not replace protective equipment.

Selecting a suitable tool

Before renting, we need information on the ground, residue, layer thickness and area.

Does the RO-300 remove any adhesive?

No. Elastic or lubricating adhesives may require other tools or processes. A test surface makes sense.

Can the machine be used on wood?

The application described here relates to suitable mineral substrates. For wood and parquet floors, we choose different grinding technology.

Planning machine, tool and sucker together

Send us photos of the underground and the residues. We put together the rental equipment suitable for use.
