Instructions
- Vacuum the surface first to remove dust, grit and loose dirt.
- Fill the tank with diluted cleaning solution, up to a maximum of 10 litres.
- Connect the machine to an earthed 220–230 V power supply.
- Start with low or medium brush pressure. The handle must be upright before the pressure control can be adjusted.
- Move the machine straight forwards while applying the cleaning solution. Follow the direction of the wood wherever possible.
- Return along the same path. On lightly soiled surfaces, solution is normally only required on the forward pass.
- Do not allow excess liquid to form puddles. Wipe up spills and inaccessible areas immediately with a mop.
- Continue one strip at a time until the entire floor is clean.
Important information
- The machine is designed to pick up liquid, not loose dirt. Vacuum first so grit cannot damage the internal turbine.
- Keep the machine moving and never run the brushes dry. Leaving it in one position can damage the floor.
- Begin with low or medium pressure and increase it only when necessary.
- Stop dispensing solution around 30 seconds before stopping the machine to reduce dripping.
- After use, place the wet machine on a suitable surface or protective waterproof sheet.
- Check the tank regularly. A ticking sound indicates that the pump is not receiving solution. Never run the pump dry for an extended period.
- Empty and clean the machine after every use. Do not store it with dirty water or cleaning solution inside.
